The traditions of waterfowl hunting run deeper than the icy waters we dream of each fall. Conservation, camaraderie, and life lessons are the roots of this rugged heritage where the duck blind is sacred ground, friendships are forged, and memories are earned.

Wanting to return to the authentic experience of the sport, carver Corey Lucas wasn’t satisfied with the duck decoy selection he found in retail stores. A student of nature with God-given artistic talent, Lucas knew what he wanted to hunt over. With true American grit, a bit of determination, and lots of caffeine-fueled sacrifice, Cedar Run Decoy Company was born.

In prairie potholes, flooded timbers, and deep white-capped bays, Cedar Run decoys will bring you back to a simpler time, when waterfowl hunting was pure. Our craftsmen hand carve each rugged decoy at the Cedar Run workshop in Michigan from sustainable materials. These lifelike, hand-painted decoys have been field-tested and are determined to hunt.

DO MORE. LEAVE YOUR LEGACY.

Cedar Run decoys were created to make a meaningful connection between a hunter and his tools. We hunters are trusted to be good stewards of the Earth. To collaborate with you and do our part in conservation, a percentage of all Cedar Run Decoy sales will be donated to waterfowl habitat improvement in North America. Your support of Cedar Run Decoy Company helps ensure that the habitat for our hunting heritage continues for generations to come.
