Canvasback Gunner Decoy
These decoys are hand-carved to give the unmistaken classic profile of the Canvasback. We patterned this duck similar to the circa 1920's Chesepeake Bay decoys. These decoys are equipped with a heavier keel to reduce the "tipping" on the often choppy big water. These canvasbacks are sure to inspire the traditionalist hunter.
Constructed with a basswood head, cork body, and our unique red cedar keel that allows for lifelike motion on the water in all conditions.
