Redhead Gunner Decoy
These Redhead duck decoys are specifically painted to resemble the traditional paint schemes of the early 1900s carvers. The idea was to present a decoy that hunters could take out onto the water and put through the rigors of the season while easily maintaining the paint integrity. Weighted keels help keep these redheads upright in high wind conditions.
Constructed with a basswood head, cork body, and our unique red cedar keel that allows for lifelike motion on the water in all conditions.
